Northside Christian Assembly Uses Excess Land to House Neighbors

Northside Christian Assembly is a lively church with significant excess land available on a major thoroughfare in the city. Their aging church building needs repair and updates for the future vision of the church. Threshold Sacred Development is serving as the master developer to coordinate a 120-unit low-income tax credit housing development, a 24-unit senior housing project, and some small owner-occupied homes. Funds generated from this project will allow the church to pay down previous debts and renovate their church - including adding a music recording studio that is an expanding ministry of the church.

This film was commissioned by Madison for More Neighbors which is a campaign of 1000 Friends of Wisconsin (www.1kfriends.org).
