Madison for More Neighbors tells the story of Common Grace Church in Madison Wisconsin that is adding workforce housing to its site in the Eastmorland Neighborhood.

Common Grace Church in Madison, Wisconsin completed the RootedGood Good Futures Accelerator which helped them envision a new ministry, property, and financial future. They are engaging with their neighborhood in a much deeper and wider way by replacing an aging, expensive, building with a brand-new community center and 26 units of workforce housing. Threshold Sacred Development and Threshold Builds is their development, architecture, and build partner.
